Job Summary: Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on nursing process / outcomes for the Oncology Service Line. Assist the manager in planning, organization, direction, and coordination of the clinical and management activities of Oncology. You can play a key part in our continued success. Qualifications BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position. Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license Experienced as a Certified Oncology Nurse is preferred Current American Heart Association BLS provider ACLS required within one year of hire or transfer PALS preferred Minimum of one-year experience in acute care hospital within the last three years, required. Experience in Hematopoietic Progenitor Cells (HPC) is preferred.
